Forty years with leather
It began with a small workshop in Kaohsiung, where we slowly turned everyday life into an understanding of leather. From carving and materials to contract work, bespoke pieces, repair and teaching — nearly four decades of workshop days are the only language this brand speaks.
It started with a mallet and a chisel
In 1987, two craftsmen built a business from the ground up in Kaohsiung, with little more than the leather-carving skill in their hands. In the early days, we sold leather materials and findings — life was plain, and the focus was total.
Only in the last decade or so did we gradually shift — into contract work, bespoke making, teaching, and brand partnerships. The number of processes grew, but our care for the leather never changed.
Everything we do is rooted in craft —
from making to mending, we stay with a piece through its whole life.
One workshop, four things
We've shaped nearly forty years of experience into four facets: teaching, so more people can feel leather with their own hands; repair, to give cherished things a longer life; bespoke & manufacturing, turning a brand's vision into something real; and materials, sharing an artisan's eye for selection.
They may look scattered, but they're really different sides of the same thing — caring about leather, all the way through.
